THE ACTIVITY TEAM

Responsible for leading and supporting all of CYM’s adventurous activities throughout the academic year. In many ways, this team serves as the frontline, where interaction with participants is a top priority.

THE COOKING TEAM

A crucial part of any programme, bringing its own unique challenges. Success in this role depends on strong time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.

ADMIN+FINANCE

The behind-the-scenes engine that ensures every aspect of the campsite plans can happen. This is where planning, creativity, and sustainability come together to bring ideas to life.

SOCIAL MEDIA

A creative, forward-facing role that involves crafting engaging graphics and writing compelling content to capture attention and keep others informed about current events updates.

THE TEAM LEADER

A leadership role focused on learning how to coordinate and manage a team in dynamic, real-time situations while also planning effectively advance.

AND THIS GAP YEAR IS A KEY

PART OF THAT MISSION.

CYM is committed to supporting the upcoming generation by using the resources at our disposal to create a safe space where people can test boundaries and grow. We offer this Gap year free of charge, with no expectation for participants to pay for any part of the programme. However, we do challenge each Gap year student to fund-raise, helping to reinvest in the next generation. Our fundraising target for the year is £500 per person, but we would encourage you to aim for more.
